PUBLIC GARDENS       STEP 2:    SMALL PUBLIC GARDENS

	Small public gardens, roughly square in size and smaller than house lots, should be defined at the same time as the house lots themselves. In some cases these gardens may be formed out of spaces in between house lots that are being defined at the same time. In some cases they will be placed instead of house lots at important places such as where two streets come together.

Go to step 3: Plant at least one tree in every garden
