HOUSE LOTS       STEP 2: UNEQUAL SIZE AND SHAPE OF LOTS

It is extremely important that lots are heterogeneous with regard to size and shape. Some may be relatively large, others may be tiny, not all small and equal shaped. Families should define the lots to be roughly rectangular, (corner angles between 70 and 110 degrees) of an area ranging from 25 to 75 square meters. Note: If (for political or bureaucratic reasons) it is necessary for each family to be given an equal size of lot area, then groups of two, three and four families are to be encouraged to get land together, to form double, triple and quadruple lots, in order to generate variety in lot size.
