The steps are:.... 1. Preamble1. Define the boundary of the community 2. Identify major points of connection to area outside 3. Identify important views 4. Identify special places in the land which have some soul and should be kept as important public spaces 5. Make marks at these points. 6. Establish a central chowk or wide public street which connects the most important existing centers 7. Show rough lines of how other streets feed into this chowk to make a possible, rough whole
