SEQUENCE ONE COMMUNITY

The following sequence is intended for a project that has a maximum of 150 houses. Larger projects should be broken down into segments each of which has no more than 150 houses in it.
IMPORTANT: All of the sequences and steps which follow should be carried out on the site itself, by members of the community, and not in an office away from the site. This is the only way to guarantee that decisions will be accurate, and that the life which exists on the site will be enhanced by the decisions that people make.
