CODE SEARCH This will help you find out important code requirements such as setbacks, height requirements, and so on, that you will need to know in order to design your own house.

HOUSE VOLUME LAYOUT TOOL This shows you how to place the house in the best possible position on any given bit of land, including contours slopes, bushes and trees, in a way that you visualize

DESIGN TOOL TO HELP YOU DESIGN THE HOUSE This will give you a step by step process for laying out the house, in a way which you can manage even if you have no design experience

FINDING AN ARCHITECT TO HELP If you want we may be able to help you find an architect from our network, familiar with our way of work, in your neck of the woods. Or we can help you find an architect.

FINDING A BUILDER TO HELP We will do everything we can to find someone who will manage your project, and help you get it built. This may include full range project management services, to the occasional bit of advice.

GETTING PERMIT DRAWINGS FROM YOUR SKETCH Not too long from now we will have a system on line that can take a hand-drawn sketch, of the kind you have made by yourself, and will turn it into a simple permit drawing with which you may get a building permit.

CHECKING YOUR SKETCH FOR CONSTRUCTION COST Once you have a design sketch, this specialized cost estimating tool will allow to check and fine tune the cost of building your home.

PREPARING A BUILDING CONTRACT This will give you many options of different construction contracts we have developed, and will help you choose one and tailor it to your needs.

SUB-CONTRACT FORMS We have unique subcontract forms developed specifically to dovetail with the building contracts offered above.
